Once your request is reviewed, our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns or packages without a valid RAN may not be accepted.
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include your invoice or proof of purchase. Clearly label your package with the RAN provided.
Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable courier service and retain your shipment receipt until the return is confirmed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error.

For international customers:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this, cancellations may incur restocking or processing fees if shipment has begun. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned per this policy.
A 10–20% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection and administrative costs.
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless defective. Please review specifications carefully before purchasing.
The customer is responsible for ensuring returned goods arrive safely. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during return transit.
Our products include a manufacturer’s warranty covering material or workmanship defects. Coverage may vary by product type. Post-warranty, we may offer repair or replacement services at reasonable costs.
