Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Introduction

At iHome Motion, we take pride in providing high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item. 2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be purchased directly from www.ihomemotion.com.
The return request must be made within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, unmodified, and in the original packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories attached.
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
Customized, clearance, or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of products are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:

Custom-made or personalized products.
Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale.”
Opened electronic components or motion systems that have been installed or used.
Products showing signs of damage, wear, misuse, or alteration not caused by iHome Motion.
Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional samples.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

4. Return Process

To ensure smooth processing, please follow these steps when initiating a return or exchange:

Provide your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Step 2: Return Authorization

Once your request is reviewed, our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns or packages without a valid RAN may not be accepted.

Step 3: Packaging the Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include your invoice or proof of purchase. Clearly label your package with the RAN provided.

Step 4: Shipping

Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable courier service and retain your shipment receipt until the return is confirmed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items if:

You received the wrong product or size.
You wish to replace a product with another model or color (if available).

To process an exchange:

Contact our team and specify the replacement item you desire.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped within 5–7 business days, subject to availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit at your discretion.

6. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect shipments.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

8. Late or Missing Refunds

9. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error or defective product, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using an insured, trackable courier service.

10. International Returns

For international customers:

Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
Cross-border returns may take longer to process.
Ensure customs forms are filled accurately to prevent delays.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this, cancellations may incur restocking or processing fees if shipment has begun. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned per this policy.

12. Restocking Fees

A 10–20% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection and administrative costs.

13. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless defective. Please review specifications carefully before purchasing.

The customer is responsible for ensuring returned goods arrive safely. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during return transit.

15. Warranty and After-Sales Support

Our products include a manufacturer’s warranty covering material or workmanship defects. Coverage may vary by product type. Post-warranty, we may offer repair or replacement services at reasonable costs.

16. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, please contact our support team first. If unresolved, matters will be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and handled by the competent court in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province.
